Where are you located?
We are right off International Drive, just south of Sand Lake Rd. We are across from the Old The Mercado Shopping Center. We are also right next to the YMCA Aquatic Center.
How far is the Hotel from the airport?
The hotel is about 13 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport.
Is the hotel close to the major attractions?
Yes! The hotel is within 5 minutes to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and 15 minutes of the Walt Disney World Resort.
Can I smoke at the Hotel
Smoking rooms are available upon request. Outdoor smoking area is provided.
How can I obtain tickets to the attraction, like Universal Orlando and SeaWorld?
Our Guest Services Desk will be happy to assist guests with arranging attraction tickets.
Are there shuttles to the airport and area attractions?
Regular Shuttle service to: Orlando International Airport and all attractions for a nominal fee. Shuttles can be arranged by the Guest Services Desk in each hotel's lobby

- Walt Disney World - International Drive hotels- approximately $15 per person.
- Airport shuttle - approximately $32 per person
- Airport taxi - $28 - $35 each way for up to 7 people.
What other services does the Guest Services Desk provide?
They can handle restaurant reservations, currency exchange, car rental, excursions and shuttles to the airport (fee) and area attractions. Tickets to most area attractions and dinner theatres may also be arranged.

The are many restaurants within walking or a short driving distance. The following are located within one mile.

Where can I keep my travelers cheques and other valuables?
Safes are available at no charge at our front desk.
May I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, for the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets (with the exception of service animals).
Do you have non-smoking or ADA-compliant rooms available?
Yes, most our rooms are Non-Smoking. We do offer ADA rooms as well.
Do you have rooms with refrigerators or microwaves?
Yes, both are included, free in all rooms, together with a coffee maker, iron, ironing-board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock and safe.
Does the hotel provide parking?
We offer ample free parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs as well.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, hotel has self-serve laundry facilities. For valet and dry cleaning or laundry service, please contact the front desk.
Does the hotel have a work-out facility?
Not on-site, however, we have a partnership with the YMCA Aquatic Center located next door for the use of all of their facilities.
Does the hotel offer business services?
Faxing, copying and shipping are available at the Front Desk. In addition, two high-speed computer workstations are available at no charge. (NOTE: boxes shipped to hotel for guest receipt will incur a handling charge. Please contact hotel for details and pricing).
Does the hotel have high-speed Internet access?
Complimentary wireless is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have Bell Services?
Bell Services can be pre-arranged for groups; however there is no Bell Stand in the lobby. Luggage carts are available for guest use and baggage can be stored in Business Center if you arrive before your room is ready, or if you have a late flight.
When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?
Reservations can be canceled up until 4 PM (EST) the day before your arrival to avoid a cancelation fee of the first night plus tax.
Do I need to guarantee my reservation?
Yes, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club International
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4 p.m., check-out is by 11 a.m. Early check in and late check-out is available; a fee may apply depending on occupancy levels.
How big are your rooms?
Our standard rooms are approximate 250 square feet in area.
Can I get connecting rooms?
We have a very limited number of connecting rooms. Please inquire at check in for availability.
How many people to a room?
Maximum of 3 on our single King rooms (rollaway beds available for a fee). Maximum of 4 in a Double room.
Is there room service available?
Our restaurant partner, Uno Chicago Grill offers room service from 11:30am – 11:00pm
Do you have meeting facilities?
We offer an 8 person boardroom for small meetings (fee).
